Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

Memobility is a wheelchair-accessible transport service operated by ME COLLECTIVE PTE LTD, 60 Jalan Lam Huat #05-21 Carros Centre, Singapore 737869. This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit memobility.driveme.sg, request a ride, contact us, or rent our vehicle, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

If you give us personal data about someone else, such as the passenger you are booking for, please make sure they know you are sharing it with us and agree to it.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and preferred way of contacting you.
  • Trip details: pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers, whether you are travelling to Malaysia, and any notes you add.
  • Passenger needs: the type of wheelchair, whether the passenger needs help transferring or an escort, and whether you need us to provide a wheelchair. We ask only what we need to bring the right equipment and assistance, and we treat this information with extra care.
  • Messages and calls: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
  • Payment and booking records: amounts paid (by PayNow or Internet Banking), dates and booking references. We do not process card payments.
  • Website use: pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you to us, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 6).

For self-drive rentals, booking, payment and driver verification (such as your driving licence and identity documents) are handled by DriveMe at driveme.sg under DriveMe's privacy policy.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal data when you fill in our booking or enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, make a booking or payment, or browse our website. We may also receive your details from a family member, caregiver, hospital or care centre that books on your behalf.

4. Why we use it

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and give you a price;
  • arrange, confirm, carry out and follow up on your ride, including sending the driver your pick-up details;
  • make sure the vehicle, driver and equipment suit the passenger's needs;
  • process payments, refunds and cancellations;
  • contact you about your booking, including changes and delays;
  • improve our service, website and advertising, including measuring which ads lead to enquiries;
  • send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them (see section 10); and
  • meet our legal, insurance and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.

We will ask for your consent before using your personal data for any other purpose, unless the PDPA allows us to do so without it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed for the purposes above, with:

  • our drivers and operations team, who need your trip details and the passenger's needs to carry out the ride;
  • DriveMe and companies in our group, for self-drive rentals, payments, customer support and shared administration;
  • service providers who work for us under contract, including website hosting (Vercel), messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and analytics and advertising tools (Google);
  • insurers, professional advisers and authorities where needed for a claim, an incident, or to comply with the law, including Malaysian authorities for cross-border trips.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and bookings. These include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager. When you submit our form, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number may be shared with Google to match the enquiry to the ad you clicked. Google does not receive the readable details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies won't stop you from booking with us.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, such as contracts that require the provider to protect it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this notice, or as the law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 1 year. Booking and payment records are kept for 4 years for accounting, tax and insurance purposes. After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

9. How we protect it

We limit access to personal data to staff and drivers who need it, use access controls and secure, encrypted services to store it, and require our service providers to protect it. No system is completely secure, so please contact us at once if you think your data has been misused.

10. Marketing messages

We will only send you news, offers or reminders that aren't about a booking you've made if you have agreed to receive them, for example by ticking the marketing box on our form. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Messages about an existing booking are not marketing and will continue.

11. Your rights

  • Access: you can ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year.
  • Correction: you can ask us to correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent for us to use your personal data. We will tell you what this means first; for example, we may not be able to complete a booking without your contact and trip details.

We may need to verify your identity first, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect a reply. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will tell you the amount before we proceed.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
