How far in advance should I book?

Please book at least 1 day in advance. For urgent rides, call or WhatsApp — we're available 24/7 and will do our best.

Can a family member or caregiver ride along?

Accepted Answer

Yes — up to 4 companions can ride along, for 5 people in total including the wheelchair user. That's more room than most wheelchair-accessible vehicles, which typically only fit 1–2 companions.

What types of wheelchairs can you take?

Most manual and motorised wheelchairs, up to 150kg and 96cm (L) × 66cm (W). Tell us your wheelchair type when booking.

Will the driver help with boarding?

Yes. Our drivers help the passenger board, secure the wheelchair and alight.

Question 6

What does "from $40" include?

Accepted Answer

Rates are starting prices and vary by distance and time. Waiting time is free for the first 15 minutes, then $15 for the next 15 minutes. There is no GST and no surcharges. ERP and parking are charged to the customer.

Do you offer recurring rides (e.g. dialysis)?

Yes — we can arrange recurring rides on a daily or weekly basis. Tell us your schedule when you enquire.

Can I rent the vehicle and drive it myself?

Yes — full-day self-drive rentals (24-hour basis) are available via DriveMe.

Question 9

Can I drive the rental into Malaysia?

Accepted Answer

Yes — unlike many wheelchair-accessible vehicles (often vans that aren't permitted to cross), our Nissan Serena is cleared for cross-border SG ⇄ MY travel on self-drive rentals. Cross-border trips are by quotation only — please send us your itinerary.
